Limestone Manufacturing Process

1) Mining- The limestone is blasted or drilled through tractor mounted compressor and then from the mining pit it is excavated through Hydraulic Excavator . Then these big boulders of limestone is reduced in size through rock breaker which is then loaded in the trucks ready for dispatch into factory units.

2) Size Reduction-These 100-200 cm limestone boulder is reduced to 20-30 cm through Rock Breaker .Then these limestones are washed , cleaned and handpicked by quality supervisor for primary crusher which reduce its size to 10-15 cm.

3) Primary crushing-These limestones are loaded into the primary crusher which further reduce the size of the limestone to 5-10 cm and then through conveyor belt it is transferred into 150 ton silo , then feeding regulator Vacate the limestone from the silo for secondary crushing.

4)Secondary crushing-The disindicator size the limestone into -10to100 mesh, 100-150mesh , 200 mesh , 1-3 mm grits and 3-5 mm.

5)Screening-The differently sized limestone is separated through Rotary Screen which then through conveyer belt is transferred into the silos of 100 ton each. Then through an extra conveyer belt oversized limestone is refeeded into the disinticator.
