Steps for manufacturing highest grade of Calcium carbonate powder-

1) Sample from mines and diffrent limestone grades- We take samples from mines to make sure that the chemical composition of lumps matches our benchmark quality. Apart from we do make sure that material is tested in our lab before being dispatched to various clients.

2) Segregation in stockyard- We have deputed a person for segregation of good quality lumps in the stockyard before it is manufactured into different limestone grades.This helps to dispatch consistently best quality of calcium carbonate powder.

3) Use of silica sand filter jaw- We have attached filter jaw in our JCB loader which make sure unnecessary material stuck on lumps gets separated before being loaded in primary crusher and this also helps lumps of uniform size entering into primary crusher.

4) Silica sand Separating machine(Grizzly)-

We have silica separator machine which removes unnecessary silica sand stuck with the limestone lumps after it is processed in primary crusher this helps to further remove silica sand and transfer uniform size of lumps to secondary crusher.

5) Magnetic separator- Iron content in the limestone lumps can have bad repercussions on the quality of finished product like float glass, cattle feed and fiber glass.Therefore iron content removal during conveying of limestone into the silos has become a necessary process so, for that we are using magnetic separator to reduce the iron content.
