Labours' Rights

1) In-house training -

We make sure to give a week of training to all the naive workers and We have to make sure labour follow all the safety protocol during machine handling. To avoid mundane work we train them for all the operational work and rotate them for different operational jobs so that with minimum work force maximum operational efficiency and excellence is achieved.

2) Insurance-

Because of rampant corona virus we have to make sure that we have medical insurance of all the workers and medical insurance not only cover the virus but also any kind of injuries that labour may have during machine handling.

3) Safety equipment-

We make sure that all the labours are wearing mask during the operational hours to prevent dust inhalation which can cause respiratory problems and we keep first aid kit ready in case of any minor injury apart from this we have provided labour with dust protective glasses to prevent limestone dust going into the eyes.

4) All Facility-

We have built labour rooms to provide shelter while they are working in our company and each room has separate sanitary room apart from this we have installed water filter which provide clean drinking water and we are also planning to install mesh facility which can serve healthy food to our entire factory staff .

5) Minimum wage guarantee-

We do make sure to comply with all the government guidelines , which includes minimum wage as well as non inclusion of minors in our workforce.

6) Working Hours-

We do have fix working hours in our factory site to avoid exhaustion of work and apart from this we do give time off for 3 days a month.
